Construction has been completed. Restoration like road paving and landscaping may continue. Schedules are subject to change.

Friday, Oct. 15, 2021

We’ve successfully completed line installation. We will continue to restore work areas.

Over the coming weeks, we will work in the following areas:

  • Near the intersection of 9th Street and 7th Avenue Northeast.
    • Restoration.
  • 9th Street between 7th Avenue Northeast and 1st Avenue.
    • Restoration.
  • 9th Street between 13th and 14th avenues.
    • Restoration.
    • The through lane and one left turn lane on 9th Street toward 13th Avenue closed through early next week.
  • Intersection of 33rd Avenue and Seter Parkway.
    • Restoration at regulator station.
  • Near the intersection of 33rd Avenue and 45th Street.
    • Restoration.

Our contractor is Primoris Services Corporation (Q3). Additional contractors will also work on the project.

We’ve successfully completed line installation. We will continue to bring the line into service and restore work areas.

Over the coming weeks, we will work in the following areas:

  • Near the intersection of 9th Street and 7th Avenue Northeast.
    • Line connections.
  • 9th Street between 7th Avenue Northeast and 1st Avenue.
    • Restoration.
  • 9th Street between 4th Avenue and Prairie Parkway.
    • Boulevard and sidewalk restoration.
  • 9th Street between 13th and 14th avenues.
    • Restoration.
    • Beginning Oct. 11, 2021, the through lane and one left turn lane on 9th Street toward 13th Avenue will be closed.
  • 9th Street between 17th Avenue and I-94.
    • Restoration.
  • 22nd Avenue near Sanford Medical Center.
    • Restoration in the coming weeks.
  • 55th Street between 23rd Avenue and Seter Parkway.
    • Restoration.
  • Intersection of 33rd Avenue and Seter Parkway.
    • Regulator station work. This helps to control natural gas pressure.
  • Near the intersection of 33rd Avenue and 45th Street.
    • Line connections.
